What happens when you delete

Access ends immediately. You are signed out on every device.
If you own the workspace, your team members lose access too, and connected WhatsApp and Instagram channels are disconnected.
Conversations, contacts, templates, flows and media are permanently erased after a 30-day grace period.
A team member deleting their own login removes only their account; the workspace stays.

Changed your mind?

For 30 days you can restore the account by signing in to the Zanoo app with the same number, or by writing to support@zanoo.in.

What we have to keep

Invoices and billing records are retained for up to 8 years where Indian tax, GST and company law require it, and opt-out records are kept so nobody is messaged again. See the Privacy Policy.

Cancel any active subscription first. Deleting your account does not by itself issue a refund — see Refunds & Cancellation.
