In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Requests received later than 1 business day prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our customers. If any of our customer is not completely satisfied with our services, they can reach out to us for assistance or a refund. In case a refund is required, BGD Legends & Ludo Classic shall provide a refund of the remaining balance in the customer account after deducting bonuses or/and free coins awarded to the customer. The customer shall also be responsible for bearing withdrawal charges for the said amount. We may take 8-10 business days to issue a refund after all the calculations have been made. BGD Legends & Ludo Classic reserves the right to decline a refund request in case the reasons provided by the customer do not align with customer behaviour while using the BGD Legends & Ludo Classic platform.
